Please hear me when I say:

Living like this isn’t just frustrating-it’s exhausting.

Getting daily tasks done has felt nearly impossible, and trying to get to sleep has become a chore in and of itself. It’s difficult to keep your mind in the present, and thinking about the future only brings more stress and worry. Every little thing feels like an uphill battle. But no matter how much self-help you try to absorb, you can’t seem to find anything that really makes a difference.

Maybe you’ve been dealing with…

  • Trouble managing responsibilities at work or at home.

  • Flashbacks of events from your childhood or past

  • Intrusive thoughts that derail good days

  • Loss of appetite and inability to maintain self care

  • Obsessing over certain ideas or worries

  • Severe mood swings

I get it, and I want you to know:

You are deserving of the peace you desire

About butterfly 2

In our time together, we’ll work to shed the weight of others’ expectations and find out what you truly want and need in your life. To do this, I’ll be tuned in and listening attentively from session one, because you are worthy of being truly seen and heard. Clients have said they enjoy working with me because I approach my work from a place of kindness and compassion. Over time, I want to help you be able to extend that same level of compassion to yourself.

With over 27 years of experience, I’ve seen it all—I have a broad range of knowledge of mental health and how the system works. Know that you’ll never receive judgment or criticism from me, only empathy and engagement. If you’re interested in the “why” behind what you’re experiencing and the “how” behind the treatment we’ll pursue, I’m always happy to take the time to delve into that and provide resources and information.

My Approach

Let’s shift away from “should” thinking & toward solutions that stick

Together, we’ll find what works best for you.I

Whatever you’re experiencing now, there are plenty of ways we can go about addressing it. The bottom line of our work together will be finding a deeper understanding of yourself and embracing the fact that your thoughts do not define you as person. Through these realizations, you’ll not only find lasting relief, but also a resilience and courage within yourself that extends beyond what you previously thought possible.

Move forward from…

- Painful past experiences & memories

- Cyclical worrying & compulsions that only make things worse

- Racing thoughts keeping you up at night

- Only being able to imagine the worst-case scenario

- Criticizing yourself for not doing what you think you “should” be doing.

Into a future where you…

- Can cultivate a sense of safety & calm in your mind

- Are able to challenge anxious thoughts

- Understand where your worries stem from

- Know that feelings aren’t facts & you can respond rather than react

- Feel empowered to overcome the obstacles you face.
